High quality new Hot Rod chassis fabrication by Kustom Bitz. Professional street rod chassis alterations, suspension upgrades, diff conversions, engine swaps, custom headers and exhaust. Chassis repairs and custom made parts to suit one off applications. And yes we will fix problems and poor workmanship of others to make your ride reliable, safe and enable it to be registered, we don't need to know the details, or who, or whatever, no politics here, lets just make it right. Independent engineers reports provided on all work as required or when requested.

Chassis range from 1928 and 29 A model Fords, improved A and B model 1932 Fords, 33 34 Ford, 33 34 Chevy, 1935, 36, 37, 38 ,39, 40 Ford and 41, 42 through to 46 47 48 Ford coupe, sedan and Ford Mercury Chassis. We use new rails when available or we can use your original factory rails. Kustom Bitz can also custom make new one off rails from scratch.

We also work on a wide variety of other makes and models whether it be a one off custom or some minor mods to make it steer and stop a little better, or drop it on its guts. All Chassis are tig welded in a well designed rigid welding jig, including custom one off builds.

From 50's Buick's and Chevrolet pickups through to the later model 60s and 70s muscle cars and yank tanks, Kustom Bitz has a wide variety of experience customizing the drive lines and tailoring the mechanical s of these cars to modernize their steering and suspension so they drive allot better. Whether it be a wild custom or a resto rod we can perform the work to suit your taste and styling.

Ford 9 inch diff with Kustom Bitz 4 bars and diagonal pan hard bar is the ducks guts in hot rod rear suspension providing perfect and accurate diff location for cruisers and 10 second quarter mile hot rods alike.

Traditional hair pin radius rods for front and rear ends in polished stainless steel that will pass all state rego inspections. No stressed welds on any of our hair pin radius rods, unique molded ends in one piece investment cast stainless steel are far superior in strength than fabricated units.

High quality Hiboy cycle guard brackets custom made to suit in polished stainless steel or Mild Steel. We also have cycle guard bracket kits so you can fabricate your own at home.

Kustom Bitz makes most of our own parts however we are quite happy to install parts you already have purchased elsewhere and check their suitability for the application. We can also fit for example a Jag front end or a jag rear end into your chassis so it looks factory or we can customise it for show.
